Accent Floors and Design

We recently remodeled a kitchen and had Accent do our tile backsplash and well as a fireplace, bathroom floor, and entryway floor. First of all, I would say our experience with Emma in the showroom was wonderful. She was exceptionally helpful and patient as we tried to make many decisions and coordinate colors, etc. We spent many hours in the showroom and I appreciate her taking so much time to make sure we were satisfied. The installation went well, And even when we ran into an issue with our fireplace, The installer took the time to let us know what our options were, and do it correctly (even though it took more time) as opposed to just finishing it. They have also followed up in a timely and fixed some caulk issues. The communication with Emma was great, as she was always very responsiv

I’m a contractor who does a lot of tile work, Stephen, Emma and Brody are super fun to work with! Every time I reach out to them, they’re super fast to respond! I’ve sent clients into their showroom to choose tile and They’ve said that Stephen showing them around does a great job and was super helpful! They have a variety of options and very good customer service. Shalean is very patient and friendly. She also has very good taste and helped us choose our tiles and flooring base on our ideas. She gave us a lot of great suggestions and advice. We are so excited to build our new home with all the materials she helped us pick and put together. She also came up with estimates rather quickly which is very helpful when it comes to budgeting. She brought up the pros and cons of our choices on hardwood floors. We are so glad that our Ost Construction sent us here.

I highly reccommend Accent Design. Renee was my design consultant and it was a pleasure to work with her. She gave excellent design advice on my two major bathroom remodels. They look awesome. There's a warm friendly atmosphere in the store and you can tell they all get along well and help each other.
