Dustin was efficient and helpful in addressing my annual service on two furnace units and two ac units. He shared new features for air scrubbing and laundry via ionized water too. Good features for consideration. Dustin was thorough with the service performed and thoughtful to remove work boots when inside my home. After receiving a low-cost tuneup on my furnace but feeling skeptical about the recommended service, I called North Idaho Heating & Cooling for a second opinion. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Dustin. He was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain and show me why he didn’t think the part in question needs to be replaced. Had the part actually required replacement, his price would have been considerably lower.

Dustin and Phillip were amazing! We had a bit of an emergency with our heater and Phillip showed up within an hour of our contacting him and fixed the problem. We invited him back the next day to do annual service on both our heater and our tankless water heater. We have NEVER had someone do such a complete and thorough job as Phillip and Dustin did. We feel like we found a gem of a company and will recommend North Idaho Heating and Cooling to everyone we know!!
