Accent Iron Fence Co

This place is notorious for promising and not delivering. I had a tech scheduled to come out last week but never showed. Called and spoke to the company and they said I’ll have our tech call back and reschedule. He never called. Called back yet again and the lady said she would make sure to have her tech call this time. He actually did call when I was at work and I called him back 2x and left him a voicemail and 3 days later and still no call. I get that companies may be too busy but don’t promise and not come through on it. I suggest everyone to stay away from these folks.

I came to this fence company twice for their used fence panels. The last time was on a Saturday, and not knowing, they're closed on Saturdays, and my special needs situation, they gladly let me get an order. This was truly a blessing. Thank you ♡
