Home Warranty company sent Accent Plumbing to fix our two toilets. One had a sticky handle and the other took 20 minutes to fill the tank with water. We had another plumber look at it the other day to see if it would be less expensive than paying the home warranty company. The other plumbers said it was a $200 part, so we told them no thank you and called the warranty company. I really liked Accent Plumbing from the very start. We called them on Tuesday. They let me know they couldn't be here until Friday, but that they did carry a variety of parts so they could probably get the job done the same day. Accent Plumbing does an amazing job! These guys just finished running all new pipes in my house and replaced all the old cast iron drains. They're fast, reliable and very knowledgable! They even found a gas pipe I didn't know about and repiped it out of the way so that I would have more closet space.

Sergio saved us on a Sunday! Our toilets and showers were backed up, he came out within 2 hours of our call and fixed the problem! Professional and quick, highly recommended!

Set up a time for estimate. Waited and took time out of my day off for them to arrive within their available window.... and they did. They said they would forward the info to management and they would get back to me with a bid. Great. The technicians were really nice. Thing is, they (the management) never got back to me with an estimate. I called several times, left messages, no response. Finally reached someone, he said he would email me an estimate. They never did. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
