Have used Pest Solutions for general pest control and termite work as long as I can remember. Dana has been our regular technician for awhile and has always been professional, personable, and proactive (looking for and pointing out potential areas of concern, not simply spraying and leaving). The owners, Mike and Susan, know us as people, we're greeted by name and "how are you and your family?" if one of them answers when we call, and have received rapid replies when we've had an emergency (like a swarm of bees suddenly appearing inside the house). Highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with Dana. She showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about termites. She was very thorough in her inspection, and did a good job explaining the various treatment options and how they work. I will be reviewing their treatment proposal shortly.

I had an inspection scheduled between 9 and 11am. Dana, my inspector/technician, showed up promptly at 9 and made an assessment of the damaged area in our high ceiling (turned out to be drywood termites). She said she would treat it if she had a tall ladder. Luckily we owned one! She was able to do the spot treatment within 15 minutes and gave me a 30 day warranty. Dana was nice, punctual, and professional. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service!
