Such a horrible experience they broke our $3,000 fridge and TV, when we first contracted them they assured us everything will be properly packaged and secured. They also told us that our ITEAMS would be INSURED for ANY DAMAGES OR IF THEY WERE STOLEN, which is a LIE. We were charged $2000 for shipping and handling. When we noticed that our iteams were damaged we contracted them and they gave us the run around until they finally spoke with us, they told us that they would handle the fridge repair that was a lie now they will only give us $120 for the fridge and a new TV. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! No usen esta compañía!!!!!!! During the process of transportation I have had items stolen from two of the boxes I have sent and they do not help you resolve the theft. They act like the customer is the one who messed up when the only thing I did wrong as a customer was trust them with my business. They are very rude and condescending as well. Very untrustworthy!

I had been sending packages to my family in Mexico with this company for many years until today .! The worst experience ever.! The guy who picked up the package 📦 had the worst attitude no manners what’s so ever . He seemed very bothered about everything never again.!
