I had to order my window coverings from this company due to my home builder's relationship with this company. The day after my offer on my house was accepted, I met with a salesperson to get the window covering figured out. Its been approximately 2 months and my window coverings are now just being installed. I had voiced my level of dissatisfaction with the poor service to manager only to have the salesperson I have a issue with call me back to defend her service level. I even went as fair to speaking with a owner of the company but I am said to say the level of service has not changed. Install date was sent to me via email that kept changing but they would never state the install time till I asked via email a couple times. It wasn’t a good experience, were forced by our builder to buy blinds through them as part of contract. This company never reached out to us and when they did, it took them 3 months to install blinds. Super expensive for the quality of blinds they gave us and nothing special.

Consider using another company, we had our downstairs carpet replaced with matching hardwood in the living room (16 by 14 rectangle) and the job took over 4 months. The initial install looked terrible. The installer left a 5/8 gab around our fireplace that the kids could get there fingers into. When trying to get a customer service rep to fix the issue they simply sent the same installer back who proceeded to yell and argue with my wife that the work was more than acceptable. Had to call the senior manager to get help and eventually got a more skilled 3rd party contractor. He did a better job but in the process of fixing the mistake found that the previous installer had glued the floating floor to the subfloor. Accent and Interiors is a horrible company. PLEASE do not use them. I am a Realtor that specializes in new construction. I've sold over 350 new homes and have worked with many of these types of companies. First, I bought a brand-new home and Accent & Interiors did the flooring and tile work. They improperly installed the flooring. You're supposed to have a small gap around the perimeter of wood or engineered hardwoods to allow for the natural expanding and contracting of the wood. Accent & Interiors left almost no gap and because of that my floor makes a loud popping sound with every step through my main level. They obviously knew that they did something wrong because when I sent them videos of the floors and the noise it made, they came out multiple times to try and rectify the situati

Just STAY AWAY, especially if you are a general contractor. They can't manage their subcontractors and any in-house employees have clearly never touched a tool or been around a job site ever. If you have a schedule you like to hold tight to, well just throw it out the window if you contract this company.
