Access Garage and Gate

My experience with Access has been nothing short of perfect. The office staff are extremely friendly and got me on schedule right away for a garage door service. My technician came out and was very knowledgeable. He completed the service in a timely manner and also gave me a thorough run down of how to keep my door in the best shape possible for years to come. I highly recommend Access for all of your garage door and gate needs!

A spring broke on our garage door in the late evening on a Tuesday. Jase responded promptly by phone (to make sure it was not an emergency) and came out the next day, Wednesday. Technicians installed the garage door opener on Thursday but had to come back the following week because the door did not open high enough to clear the hatch on both cars. I wished that was checked before the techs left but this problem was quickly resolved by Jase with a text. I did not have as nice an experience with the individual in charge of accounting. There were a few requests for the invoice before it arrived and when it did arrived, it listed the wrong service address. This individual also insisted our EFT deposit did not clear (referencing an account number that did not belong to us) even after I sent he
