My garage door torsion spring on the left side snapped and caused my door to be inoperable this morning. After realizing the parts had to be ordered for DIY, my husband reached out to Access Garage Door and received a reasonable quote and next morning appointment for repair. The technician called back within minutes to advise that he could come by tonight and repair since he was minutes away and within an hour or less we had both springs replaced, gears oiled, system checked and back working properly. The owner and mechanics who completed the repair were knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options and their recommendations for the repair. I contacted several other companies and this company had the best price. Our garage door works great!
