Took good care of me and didn’t overcharge. Very nice attendant on 06/09/25 at 6pm. Thank you. I even lost my ticket and he remember me right away.

It was my first time finding parking in NYC. We were looking for a garage to keep our car safe for 5 days and it was the third one we had tried. The others were full. I wasn’t crazy about the valet parking, but the staff was very kind and reassuring. They even walked me around my car to verify with me any previous damage where I had some small dents and scrapes. There was a small hiccup when I went to pickup our car because I had misplaced my ticket, but they were understanding and accepted the photo I had backed up on my phone. Overall it was a pleasure doing business with them and I would use them again next time we stay in the Manhattan/Chelsea area. I highly recommend their services.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I reserved and paid for a ticket on SpotHero for this exact garage. The payment was already reflected on my credit statement and I have not had any problems with SpotHero in the past with this garage. The only attendant would not provide any reason, just said that I was not allowed to park here. He refused to find his manager and struggled to communicate in English. Without any reason or explanation he told me to leave and that I wasn't allowed to park here, even though I had prepaid. I called SpotHero, who was extremely helpful in pointing me to a nearby garage who had the most lovely and helpful attendants, yes multiple attendants. Do not waste your time here, and I mean quite literally waste your time. Skip this garage and go to 124 W 20th st or 150 w 2

I arrived around 12:30 PM on a Friday and told the attendant I expected to leave my car there for about 4 hours (normal cost is $23). They actually had the nerve to claim that I’d have to pay a $12 ‘luxury surcharge’ because I have a Jaguar F-Type. Total BS. If anything the cost should be lower because it’s such a small car. The idea that the ‘brand’ determines your rate is probably illegal. I laughed, left and found another lot.

If you know ANYTHING about Manhattan.. Finding a parking spot in the street is Horrible!! This place has the BEST PRICES for the city ! Leave your car safe and give yourself the peace of mind! Worth it
