Begining of September, First American home warranty used this company which first time sent tech and he said he knew what is the issue and came back 4 weeks later to fix but I already knew it wasn't the because had nothing to do with the issue. He insisted it was the fix and never worked. Called back and appointments were made but no one showed all 4 times. Finally someone did same tech and said he knew it wasn't going to work and placed another order I told him last time they were here left dishwasher leaking under which they had broke the door and lost the spring which caused another issue. They are supposed to be coming back to finish the repair but been leaking since. I am currently disabled and can not do the fix or shut water off my self. We had these unprofessional people sent out by our Home warranty. They fixed the microwave, but instead of using the proper tool (screw driver) the lazy repair guy used his drill with a short bit adapter to remove the Microwave cover around the recessed microwave and scratched all 4 areas he removed and reinstalled the screws. After attempting to contact them by calling and emailing pictures, they have made not attempt at fixing or replacing this cover. The repair guy was rude and they don't come in a professional service vehicle, they use their own car. Avoid this company or you too will be writing a bad review.

This company is the worse and least professional company that I have ever experienced. They were sent to me via home shield. My 1st appointment the tech called and said that he had car problems and that he would order me a new motherboard for my dishwasher. When they came back out, the tech said he knew nothing about it. I tried explaining what the problem was but, you could tell he wasn’t listening to me. He push a couple of buttons and took some pictures then, he just started walking out the door. I asked if he was going to fix the dishwasher and, he said no and kept walking out the door. He said that I my dishwasher wasn’t hooked up so he couldn’t look at it. The reason why it wasn’t hooked up was, that it flooded my kitchen and I had to disconnect it to stop the flooding. Bottom line

I mean the reviews says it all, I should've looked at it first before they dispatched to my home. I wish I could give zero stars. Accord Appliance was dispatched through American home Shield for a microwave that won’t latch and won’t power on. They showed up, did a quick look, didn’t repair anything, then marked the job “complete” and submitted notes that pushed the claim toward denial. After that, getting any response from them was basically impossible. If you’re a customer, you’ll waste time, burn days waiting, and end up right where you started, except now you’re fighting paperwork. If you get assigned to them through a warranty company, request a different provider immediately. This isn’t service, it’s drive-by diagnostics.

Accord Appliance Service Company did not notify us of the service date - No voice messages, no texts, no phone calls, no emails, nothing. The service technician just showed up randomly one day when nobody was home and left a business card on the door. As a result I have made three follow-up appointments which the technician has never showed up for. I understand he's probably angry because he showed up and nobody was home the first time, but again, no messages, no texts, no emails, nothing. Not a single indication when they were coming out! Now I guess he's trying to "show me" by not showing up for any follow-up appointments. This is incredibly childish and petty, not how you should run a business! Unfortunately this is the service technician that First American Home Warranty hired
