The entire team at Accord Restoration was great to work with. Tim and Jeremy were here for multiple days and were especially professional, courteous, and kept the workspace clean. The team's attention to detail and commitment to quality showed in how carefully they handled everything. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I really appreciate their hard work and professionalism!

After the worthless electrician made 50 trips to hook everything up, the floor we were promised that would NEVER leak...PEALED UP! They made repairs BEFORE they were paid. Now...nothing! After several attempts to contact Accord, we will be contacting legal counsel.

We experienced basement flooding on May 14th due to a sump pump failure. After contacting State Farm, we discovered our policy didn't cover sump pump damage. The agent recommended a contractor known for fair pricing, whom we immediately contacted. From start to finish, the contractor was exceptional - kind, knowledgeable, and provided valuable tips for first-time homeowners like us. The pricing was fair, and the work was top-notch. We're extremely satisfied and would definitely call them again if needed.

I had a few companies come out and give estimates for an interior flooding debacle caused by an AC unit. Accord was on time for their appointments, extremely communicative and more than fair on their estimates and final costs. I highly recommend them for any restoration needs. They raise the bar for customer service.

Driver of company car , male glasses black hair, sped out of lot by the rail yard on 2/01/26. DIDNT STOP AT STOP SIGN AND ALMOST COLLIDED WITH TRACTOR TRAILER. Tractor had stopped at the sign and had right of way and was in the middle of their turn / THEY WHERE IN THE MIDDLE THE STREET WHEN YOUR DRIVER SPED PAST. Driver then sped up to the connector for 83 . Unsafe driver god help the victims if he ever crashed into someone .
