9 month old machine. Very little use. Chewed up a belt. Company would not cover belt or shipping. The wrong belt shipped to us. They said “we thought you had old machine”. They would know what we had since we ordered from them. Then they wanted us to ship the belt back to them? No errors on our side. Very disappointing with a relatively new machine with little hours of run time. Tech support even said “those belts never go bad that soon.” Should stand behind their product for at least a year but they do not.
