We had Travis come out to inspect the septic on a house we’re hoping to buy. The tank itself was compromised so a full inspection wasn’t needed, all that he did was dig up the lid. After the inspection, we reached out to see if he was willing to cut down the cost of the inspection. Through both email and text he completely ignored our questions and withheld the report. We finally just paid the entire bill and two minutes later the report was sent to our realtor. I totally understand paying for his time and was just hoping to have a conversation, but I feel that ignoring our effort to communicate was totally unprofessional.

Travis came over to do an inspection on a septic tank for a house that my husband and I are going to be purchasing. The house was being sold "as is" and had an inspection the month prior stating that the septic tank needed to be replaced and would cost the buyer almost $10,000. Travis was a little bit skeptical on the inspection after reading the initial report and came out to give us a second opinion. Long story short, Travis educated us on the lifespan and maintenance needed for septic tanks and assured us that the septic tank was functioning properly and did not need to be replaced! We are so thankful for him to take the time to come out and save us a TON of money that will be better spent for other updates that the home needs. We will be referring anyone we know that needs a septic guy

Cannot recommend this company enough! They are incredibly nice and very informative. As a new homeowner, Travis answered all my questions and explained all the in's and out's of my tank and how it worked and really made me feel comfortable and confident. Best part when everything was said and done he cleaned everything up and you could barely tell he was in my lawn. Would absolutely recommend their services and definitely see why he came highly recommended when I asked around.

I would highly recommend Connecticut Valley! Travis came out on a Saturday for an emergency pump out and he was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond! Loved his Quick response, how he was on time and his fair price.

Ct valley septic put a new system in my property in 2018. Two years later I had an issue and travis came and replaced the pump and check valve free of charge. Great customer service. Company that cares about the quality of their service.
