Accupro Environmental

My roof was installed 6 years ago by Accupro as an insurance claim. They used poor quality material (many professionals think they might have been old shingles they had laying around from another job they look so old) and poor workmanship has resulted in the need for a total and complete roof replacement. I've had many roofing companies and they can't believe my roof is 6 years old it looks more like 20 years old. I contacted Accupro and at first they said they would take care of all of it and I wouldn't have to pay then they completely backtracked and said they would take care of tarping the leaking roof. There are so many other roofing companies out there. From my experience I urge others to look elsewhere if you need a new roof.

We reached out to Accupro as a result of a homeowners insurance claim. It was our first time doing something like this and at first it seemed like we made the right decision, but soon found out that was not the case. First they wanted us to sign over all funds we were to receive from our homeowners insurance claim (which we did not do). Then, they wanted money from us up front to begin working, which we gave them - that was a mistake. Work that they agreed to do never got finished and it became harder and harder to speak with anyone about it when we called the company office or Nick's personal cell phone. I would not recommend anyone use Accupro roofing. They put a roof on my home less than 10 years ago. Now that I have a water spot they charge 300 just to come take a look at their shotty work... stay away!!!!!

Dol was 9/14/2018 completed emergency services and after numerous attempts to reach out to them for repair cost quotes for my homeowners proof of loss claim they never replied. I’m left with a 4X13 foot hole cut in my ceiling and no insulation along with the floor. I now have mold growing and I’m freezing. I’ll have to call another company for the repairs they left me and replace the furniture to where it belongs since during the emergency service they covered it all with plastic and moved it. Don’t use Accupro environment. I also filled a complaint with the BBB.

Had Sam and his crew come out and repair my roof and paint the ceilings. They were fast and efficient would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any type of work done in there home.
