Accurate Diagnostics and Appliance Repair

Very dissatisfied with recent service. My automatic ice maker started freezing up on my 2 year old refrigerator. My husband had been using my hair dryer to unthaw but was becoming a nuisance. When the technician came out, he only opened the freezer, pushed something caising the automatic water to come out of the door. Never removed the ice maker/bin and determined i needed a whole new maker. Service call was $120 and i only live 3 miles south of Crane. A few days later the office lady called to tell me the ice maker was in and that it was $190ish. I told her how I wasn't sure that the entire maker needed to be replaced and how my husband, again, used the hair dryer and it's been working perfectly. She was so kind ,completely understanding my hesitation and said she would call me back.

Reported error code from running washer’s internal diagnostic system to Maytag’s (Whirlpool’s) online service request website, which led to recommendation to contact Accurate. Technician was here less than five minutes to do same things I’d already done (run diagnostic, unplug & replug). After tech left, contacted Maytag/Whirlpool and was told washer could be diagnosed without physically accessing the user interface console by confirming whether a green light was or was not present via diagnostic system - if so; opening unit required to further diagnose; if not, main board faulty. Shame on Maytag/Whirlpool for not disclosing this as me as user could have deduced without service call; likewise, Accurate could have also done this as same information I provided to Maytag/Whirlpool was conveye

I had been having problems with my refrigerator and had another company come 3 times to fix it each time bringing a new part. Accurate Diagnostics tech came and looked at it and said the door flap isn't in the track 5 minutes later fixed said my problems are fixed. Very knowledgeable and actually diagnose

Very respectful. The tech called about 15 mins before he arrived. Looked at my washer told me what was wrong. Explained things to me and order my parts. They were fast reliable and got the job done in a timely manner. The tech that came to my house was so respectful.
