I've done several projects with SSD, and they are overall great to work with. The only thing I'll say keeps me from providing a 5 star review is just that I think from a standpoint of doing the same thing day in and day out, the consultants sometimes forget that the average person doesn't handle granite or stone countertops daily and can sometimes forget to remind you about certain details that may come as second nature to them, which can lead to hiccups at times, but as a whole I definitely recommend them to anyone having counters done as they have great knowledge and offer fantastic options in countertops among other things!

5/5 stars on our countertops themselves. The Calcatta Rusta is beautiful! 3/5 on their installation. There was thick caulk all over that we’ve had to scrape off. There was also a very noticeable ding in our island that we asked them to fix. They came out to “fix” it and it looked the exact same, so we had to have them come out again to do another mid-job. We also had to have them fix the seems around the kitchen sink as they were very rough and unsmooth.

We absolutely love our new kitchen and bathroom granite countertops and sinks! From start (meeting with Reese) through all of the steps (selecting our slabs, demo crew, templator and installation crew), all were very professional! Reese kept us well informed and took the time to answer all our questions! I highly recommend SSD to anyone wanting quality products as well as installation done to perfection!

The team at SSD really knows their stuff. They listened to me and we found a stone that perfectly reflected my kitchen. They helped me to find a balance between functionality and beauty. I feel like I can live my life (with messy kids!) and not have to worry about keeping my countertop perfect. It also looks amazing. Even my mother in law approves.

Our countertops were installed today. Great price and great people. The installation team was fantastic. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Doug and Austin.
