Accurate Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

I had to get a new furnace installed. The whole procedure was Excellent. Mike Paul the Sales Rep and Chris and Tony the technicians were all courteous, professional, honest and very knowledgeable. I have also had Accurate install a Generac Generator and a Split Duct system. All 3 experiences were Great. The only reason I'm leaving a 4 rating is because this project I decide to finance using their finance option. Everything associated with the financing claimed 5.99% interest and 5 year terms. This was just not true. I have a credit score in the excellent range and after I applied and took a hard inquiry hit on my credit report the % rate was 11.7 and the term was 84 months, so a bit of deceptive lending going on, on the bank's part. I would assume Accurate doesn't control the bank but need

Excellent job. The installers were friendly and professional. They had a long day working in the cold. They explained everything to us about the new system. Our granddaughter just had to install a new furnace at her home by another company and the price Accurate gave us was a lot less expensive for the same size of the house. Quick service on the installation. They had also installed new systems at both our sons and grandsons homes. I would definitely recommend Accurate

Our kitchen sink became backed up, and we were unable to unclog or snake it ourselves. Knowing how great Accurate has been for our heating and cooling needs, we scheduled their plumbing technicians to fix the issue. Their team was extremely professional and knowledgeable and cleared our pipes quickly and efficiently. We will continue to rely on Accurate for all our HVAC and plumbing needs.

Accurate did a great job. The installers were very professional, and quick. They came prepared and had everything they needed for the installation. Before they left, everything was cleaned up and they did a thorough review of my new equipment.

1 year later we had some questions on our unit we bought from Accurate. They came out no questions asked the very next day after my call. Jacob the technician was great, gave me all the info I needed. Helped order the new part that was under warranty. Helped me adjust my thermostat to avoid any future problems.
