I called to have a quote done . The man called and rescheduled for the next evening. When the next evening came, he was a no call,no show!!! My husband and I called several times and got his voice mail. I left a voice mail for him. That was 12 hours ago!!! He hasn't returned my call! This is very poor customer service!!! I'm nit sure how he has received 5 stars thus far if this is how he conducts business!!!!

I called at 7:30am, received an immediate text response and a call within 30 minutes. David came out that afternoon and was very diligent carrying out his investigation and treatment of areas needing it. He was also great with his follow up. I really appreciate and recommend his service.
