Accurate Heating, Cooling & Plumbing did an excellent job installing our new furnace. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the team arrived on time. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the system and answer questions. The work was completed efficiently, everything was tested, and the area was left clean. I highly recommend them for furnace replacement or any HVAC needs. We will use them again in the future!

After our furnace failed during the most extreme weather we were experiencing at the time , Accurate sent two technicians to our home. It was a total change out of our heating and air conditioning of a twenty year old system .All the work was completed in a timely manner. Connor and Javin did an outstanding job under the most extreme conditions and had us up and running the same day. They were both courteous and professional. We would definitely recommend Accurate to anyone.

Gary Evans and Cory did a great job putting in my furnace. They were polite, professional, and they took time to answer my questions. I was impressed they left the area very clean. They showed up exactly when they said they would and, both technicians were very polite & professional in every way. We were very impressed with both gentlemen’s work ethics for being so young. You don’t see work ethics like that much these days. They were very good at explaining everything and, cleaning up any mess they made before leaving. They both treated my wife & I with the utmost respect and courtesy. I highly recommend Accurate for your HVAC needs.👍 Update!!!!!! I would sincerely like to say thank you to Mike, Gabe, Scott, Ray & to anyone I missed for, jumping in and responding quickly to the issues we had with our new AC unit. Got a brand new system installed in Feb 2025-no heat for 1.5 weeks after 3 different technicians…. Tim was very rude said they installed in wrong!!! Now they want me to spend $598 dollars for new thermostat!!! In mean time my electric bill doubled!! I used these company for at least 20 years but these new kids have no experience and I get it. I suggest that these new young kids of not already be with a mentor for a time before letting the go on their own!! Bigger company don’t mean better customer service!!! Time to move on!!
