The Justin owner responded right away and had promptly scheduled time to look over a couple leaks issues our ventilation pipes could be repair or if a new roof would be needed. Within a week later they had promptly came out and fixed the areas that was leaking He save us from another company wanting to sell us a new roof when wasn't needed.
