I haven't been through the process of having a home inspection and Dave did a great job explaining what he was going to do. He is very professional and courteous. He took his time doing the inspection. The home inspection report was broken down very nicely and explained in detail with pictures and descriptions. He also went over the report with us and made sure our questions were answered. I really appreciated the report is was easy to follow and I understood what he meant by the pictures and explanation.
