DeGol Carpet

Had a few months of delays with the manufacturer not sending what we ordered from the book picture (twice), but the end product was very nice once they fired Milliken. Designer Butch Regala designed several fantastic options for us. Butch and his crew gave us a beautiful new look with a nice pattern carpet. I would have liked squares, but our pattern required rolled carpet. Butch even helped us pick new furniture to match the new carpet. I appreciate all extra the time spent with us.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Degol Carpet. After some catastrophic water damage, we worked with Heather to get our house back together. The entire staff, from the showroom to the installers, was professional and very knowledgeable. The carpet is everything that we hoped that it could have been (it's soooo soft!) and the vinyl plank floor in the kitchen is amazing! he animals definitely enjoy the Mohawk Opulent Desire carpet! The memory foam padding is a must have!!! The Mannington ADURA MaxAPEX floor was a breeze to install; it is super quiet and we can tell already it will stand up to anything we can throw at it!

Very disappointed with the post-installation cleanup and trim re-installation work from the contract installers that DeGol used for our kitchen/bathroom/laundry room job. The photo shows one example. I had to do extensive rework on much of the trim to make it look ok again. They also did a poor job cleaning up the sponge grout grime on white LVT tile, so there are streaks that are very difficult to remove at this point.

Great quality and great prices! Have my whole second floor done with their carpet! Love love love it!

I paid for about 1400 sq. feet of carpet for an office in my office building. Everything was fine with the sale and scheduling. However, the installer left a seam showing in the entrance. More frustrating are 3-4 areas where someone must have stepped in glue or paste and then onto the finished carpet. The carpet is dark so these areas are noticeable. I am sure that once a tenant take occupancy the carpet will not look new anymore. However, I or my tenant should be the one to muck it up....not the carpet installer.
