Accurate insulation

Beware booking with them!!! They damaged my floors and sliding glass door when installing my blinds from being careless with the ladder and tools. They also measured wrong initially so I have extra holes in the wall. I have reported this multiple times with the sales rep Mallory and manager Diego. After threatening to report them to the news, an agent was sent over who confirmed there are two deep scratches/cracks within the grass. Since then, I have heard nothing and Diego continues to give me the run around claiming that they will reach back out. I have sent several emails and voicemails leaving me to have to escalate this with a lawyer which I wanted to avoid. Once again, beware booking with them!

I had a fantastic experience with Accurate Insulation, thanks to Dan and Mike. Dan handled the sales side, and he was always quick to respond, honest, and very personable—truly a pleasure to work with. Mike, the inspector and auditor, was always punctual for every appointment, friendly and equally honest. Mike took the time to thoroughly evaluate my home and made plenty of helpful recommendations to improve insulation. What stood out the most was that at no point did I feel like either of them was trying to oversell me or inflate prices. Everything was straightforward and fair. It’s refreshing to work with a company where you feel like they genuinely care about helping you, not just making a sale. Highly recommend Dan, Mike, and the team at Accurate Insulation.

If there were zero stars possible I would give zero stars. I almost never post negative reviews. This company's service is substandard at best. After getting an appointment, their crew showed up and left claiming no parking. The crew members who showed were unprofessional in dealing with the foreman. After rescheduling, their crew waited until the morning of to cancel again via email. No phone call, no apology etc. I called to inquire as to why there was a cancellation and the person who answered was nonchalant and matter of fact about the inconvenience. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was made waited indefinitely to speak with someone in customer service. Never again. The worst customer service.

No job too big or too small trucks fully equipped to handle all your insulation work

If I could do 0 stars that would be great. First it was the wrong color door but we were being force to get it installed. The office folks are VERY RUDE in talking and emailing. No one call to schedule any dates with you but just wanted to show up and complete the installation. 7-12-2024: Day of installation (8-12) no one showed up and when we called the office, they were rude and nasty. Told us they will show up at 3 pm or whenever they felt like it. Day of installation we paid and the company have been with holding the receipt. On 7-15-2024. 5 calls later, 3 email, bank involved and had to shut down the card. Then finally we got a call with apologies, the receipt and $100 back. We accepted the apologies & the receipt, not the money and moved on. NEVER WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. PLEASE
