I would never recommend another plumber. This is our second time needing a plumber and calling Accurate Plumbing again. Initially they were highly recommend by our building liaison. In addition to being the nicest people, they are first class plumbers and Tom knows plumbing!!!

Very Disappointing Experience I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I initially called on July 17th to schedule a backflow test for my store. The woman I spoke to assured me they would come before the city’s deadline of July 26th. Today is the 28th—no one ever showed up. I left a message this morning, and the same woman called back saying they had been handling emergencies but would definitely come today. Then, at around 4:30 PM, she called again to say they wouldn’t be able to make it—and maybe they’d come tomorrow or the day after. When I asked for a clear answer, given that the city can shut off my water at any time, she actually suggested I try calling someone else. We had a small issue at our condo and call Accurate because they are held in high regard. My concern was while my job could have turned into a big job I thought there could be a simple fix. Other credit this small family-owned business was able to complete small fix! Very honest and trust worthy! I highly recommend!

Tommy has been serving needs for my personal, family/relatives and all of my plumbing needs for my business. He has been doing so for over 40 years. I am a perfectionist and what can I say, if he can satisfy me, that says a lot. I have no problem giving him complete access to my property. He gets my key, and gets the job done. Very professional and gives me a great job at a more than fair price. Too bad I am only give 5 stars!!!
