Wow! I love this company. Tavy is a phenomenal service tech. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and a great communicator. I truly enjoyed our time. I live in Orlando and couldn’t find a local company under my warranty plan with more than two stars. This company has a large territory and drove all the way over from Melbourne. Also, Marla with such a beautiful heart called to confirm my appointment a week prior then called to narrow down the arrival time. She is also very professional, kind and a great communicator. My Samsung Ice maker was freezing up so I called Samsung for a repair and selected this company as the service provider. I had never heard of them before but I can now tell you that the ratings and reviews you read here are spot on and they deserve them. Everything from the initial appointment scheduling to the technicians service visit was handled very professionally. The technicians were very polite, knew exactly what they were doing and installed the upgrade kit we needed in about 30 minutes. I’m so satisfied with this experience that I went and found my password to logon and write this! I highly recommend Accurate Service Repair and will use them again in the future.

My LG Refrigerator is basically junk. First compressor went down after 3 1/2 years and was covered by warranty (parts and labor). The next one went down 3 years later but now is only covered by parts warranty so i needed a technician to put it in. Other companies were quoting big bucks and long lead times. Accurate Services Repair said they could get to me in a few days and faster if they had the part. They called less than an hour later, had the compressor on the way and scheduled me for 48 hours later (to be sure it delivered on time). Their tech Tavy came out, brought everything he needed to diagnose and complete the repair. They interfaced with LG to get the compressor covered.
