These guys are fantastic! After three days and much anxiety over how much an a/c repair was going to cost - I called Mike and he initially walked me through some basic troubleshooting on the phone to ensure it wasn't "user error". Since that didnt correct the issue he sent Alex and another team member out the same day, they came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor in under 40 mins! The BEST part was how Alex methodically explained everything to me step by step to ensure I understood what was happening. I've NEVER had a repair person explain anything to me in such detail! Will GLADLY recommend to anyone with a/c issues.
