Accurate Termite And Pest Solutions

I have been in contract with this company for almost 2 years now. Initially it was great, however, over the past couple of Months its been below average at best. I’ve made 4 phone calls, talked to the office lady and nothing has been done. I am not being told when a technician is coming out. I’m being charged for full service when only half of the service is being done. No record of prior conversations or service calls that just happened. No return phone calls when I’m told they “will call me back within two days”. Very apologetic over the phone, then NO follow up or changes. I have been dealing with this and then yesterday I get home and there is a bill that a technician left (supposedly someone showed up, unannounced while I was at work). Pretty disappointed with their service. They never got rid of my ants, they said they would provide certain services but didn't follow up, and seemed confused by the scope of the problem. In the end, even though I had been complaining to the office about the issues they were just intent on receiving their money but not very interested that the services hadn't been performed. I had to deal with the problem myself.

Both the appointment setter and Daniel were really helpful and professional. Daniel was really awesome working with my mom as he did a great job educating about termites in general and the services provided. In the future we look forward to working with Accurate again if pests come back. We highly recommend this company!

They were able to schedule me the next morning when I called about the nest which immediately put my mind at ease. Kevin was great. He got to work & captured a sizable hornet's nest. He was careful to clean up & make sure they won't be back.

Accurate Termite and Pest Control was very responsive to my issue. The technician did a great job and was professional in every way. I appreciated her help and will continue to use their services.
