Ben was very prompt with a quote and kept up consistent communication throughout the process of figuring out which unit would best fit my needs and logistics for installation. I think I got a very reasonable price for his service's and the mini split unit he installed. Cheap labor isn't good and good labor isn't cheap. I am happy to have spent what I did for what I got and would recommend Ben to anyone who needs HVAC services.

Our 25-year-old furnace was about to die. So, we had Ben from Precision come out to help us choose, purchase, and install a heat pump and improve our duct system so we have better air flow in some of our larger rooms. Ben is a great problem solver since we have an older house there were a few surprises along the way. He always approaches a challenge with a smile and ends up, coming up with a solution that’s clean and elegant. Always showed up on time and at the end of each day, he and the crew cleaned up to the point where it was like he wasn’t here at all. I highly recommend Precision Heating, we are very happy with the results!

I can highly recommend Precision Heating. Ben replaced a very old heater with a high output, high efficiency unit. It heats the home quickly and evenly. He expanded the ductwork so there are now registers in a large addition that previously had no heat. I like the heater, I like the installation/retrofit, and I enjoyed my communication with Ben from start to finish.

I wanted to replace my older gas furnace and hired Precision Heating & Air after they were recommended to me by a coworker. Their prices are reasonable and I found Ben to be knowledgable, professional and experienced. He explained my options for different units and provided estimates for each one. I decided to go with an energy efficient 2-stage Bryant model with an Ecobee thermostat. I was home during the install and they did a great job. Everything was cleaned up after they were done and Ben walked me through all the new features. I recommend giving them a call if you are considering an upgrade or need a repair.
