What truly stood out was his willingness to come out on a Sunday—which immediately took the stress out of our inoperable flue situation. Hurley took the time to explain what he was seeing, walked us through our options clearly, and completed the work efficiently and with care. He was respectful of our home, punctual, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise, professionalism, and reliability the way Hurley does. When we needed to have the fireplace/chimney (of our 130-year old victorian home) inspected, Hurley responded promptly and arrived as promised. He carefully checked for any issues and explained while there was a small crack in the firebox panel, it did not warrant expensive replacement at this time. Had a great experience with ACD Chimney Service. They were able to schedule me in quickly, gave a 1 hour time frame for arrival, came promptly in that time frame, and inspected and cleaned my fireplace. They also provided me with important advice on chimney care and made sure the area was clean before they left.
