Mr. Baten & his team are great! He's the first person I call if I need anything hauled. I first met him through a commercial pickup at my place of work. We use him in DC about twice a year. My trash service stopped offering bulk pickup and I don't have a vehicle big enough to make a run to the dump myself. I called Mr. Baten and he assured me that Potomac was in his service area as well. He's flexible on timing, fast, efficient, and very responsive. (Rain or shine) He and his team are courteous and mindful of neighbors and I've seen them go out of their way to move and park so that they aren't boxing anyone in. I hired Baten Logistic, LLC (Mario) for a very large cleanout of my deceased grandmother’s hoarded home in SE DC, he had his job cut out for him! The home sat 17 years hoarded to just about the ceilings. He was priced fairly, always on time, and worked very hard! I live in Florida and he communicated often and provided photos during the progression of the cleanout. My sister worked along side of him & his crew and she commended his work. He was able to not only remove the trash but also the heavy lifting items and hauled it all away! I couldn’t have sold my grandmother’s house without his services!
