The staff at AC/DC and Cabin Outpost made the transition from our outdated, unserviceable system to a new one easy and stress-free. I originally walked in hoping to find replacement parts for our old system, only to learn they were no longer manufactured. After some thorough research, they came up with a solution to fully replace it. They sourced every part needed—driving up to Anchorage to collect them from various suppliers—and had everything back in the shop within 24 hours of my first visit. Troy then took the time to walk me through the manual, explain how everything works, and cover the finer details I needed to know. Outstanding service from start to finish!

This is the second Starlink installation in a residential service I've experienced in 24 months. The first was a rental home that Troy installed Starlink in and it is perfect. The site sucked geographically but we never had problems. Fast forward to August 2025. We got on a earlier waiting list for Starlink with AC/DC and ordered the product for a pending home purchase. I scheduled an install, the crew was early for the appointment and didn't drill a single extra hole in exterior walls. They made use of previous work and it's more pro then what Homer peoples are used to. Time is money, use the good people and knowledge at AC/DC to save you some.
