We brought our toyo heater in for the standard 3 year tune up. We were greeted promptly and professionally, filled out basic info then directed to pull up to the service door. The staff helped us unload our unit from our vehicle. During the tune up the service tech found a faulty gasket, which he replaced. When we picked up our toyo the staff helped us load it back into our vehicle. We installed back at home. Not only does our toyo seem to be running more efficiently but it’s much quieter! I highly recommend VBS heating for their prompt, friendly, and professional service work!

We purchased a Jotul gas fireplace and the installer was exceptional. The store has a great product line. We are new to gas fireplaces and have had many questions and are disappointed the staff members are now impatiently telling us to read the manual instead of calling, which is frustrating as we have much going on right now with managing several health crisis. We prefer to do business with a company that supports their customers in a stronger way than this as it has only added to our already stressful lives to feel like a bother.

The team at Homer VBS is awesome. Amanda has been so very patient teaching me about all the ins and outs of wood and gas stoves. Her depth of knowledge is incredible! They did the removal of my old unit, and the team was super easy to work and considerate of my home and pet. They even brought extra tools, just in case. (Last repair guy made three trips back to his storage for forgotten tools and charged me for the extra travel time!) Would highly recommend Amanda and her team!

Bought a toyo, serviced a toyo, and purchased a wood stove. Had great experiences with all 3. Staff was friendly and courteous, explained things in great detail. Great value. Highly recommend.
