These guys are out of business. They came out and half way installed a new HVAC unit but left pipes disconnected and hanging with parts on the floor. Now I can't get a call back to finish the job. I can't close on my house because of them. It looks like all their people quit.

Update- After threatening to chargeback the amount I had paid I received a call from one of the owners. He said he would be here Monday morning at 8:30 to complete the job. At 9:15 I called him to see if he was coming and he said he was coming now. I understand delays can happen but my biggest frustration during the five days it took to remove and install new equipment was lack of communication. The job was finally completed today. Original review- This company was contracted to replace a furnace and condenser. We have used this company in the past with no issues however this time is quite different. The crew has been attempting to install my system for 3 days but it is still not finished. Yesterday and today I have attempted to reach the office only to be sent to voicemail and the person

I used them in May of 2018. We came home one weekend to find our heating and air had stopped working. When I contacted them, they told me they were booked pretty far out. I informed them I had a newborn in the home and they were able to squeeze me in same day. Turns out, our whole system needed to be replaced. We figure out the financial part of things and they installed next day. Flash forward to August of 2023. My husband and I start noticing spots of water in our bedroom and the hallway in front of our bedroom door that won't dry and has been gradually getting worse over the course of a week. The salesman, Mark, came out early in the week of 11/14. We got along well and he offered an attractive price backed by an online proposal which I accepted immediately. Soon after, a certain Martha of their office staff called to say that they required a deposit of 50% before ordering the furnace and that she could schedule installation for 11/18, just three days away. She gave me an estimated arrival time of 9--10AM. So I gave her my credit card number, etc. I and allowed her to process a debit for the full amount on the condition that they honor the afore said installation date. By now you probably have guessed what happened on the morning of 11/18. Nothing! They didn't show or call or return my calls. Mark and Martha were nowhere to be found as of 10:30. Fortunately, I had used my

whole system including ductwork (approximately 2018). Duct work was mashed under the house. It was supposed to be replaced. Never happened due to shortage of staff. I called a year ago when I learned the furnace was too big for this size house. Over heats and shuts down. No response. I called today after having the furnace serviced by someone else.. I talked to Mark.. He does not have records and does not do duct work. He had a rigged solution that I would have to see if it was safe and have a qualified person do it. This was my third system from Ace & A. Never again. Costly mistake.
