5 star service from these guys. All the way around! From the techs sent to the house, to Josh the supervisor I spoke with, to Kennedi in the office, everyone was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My A coil had a leak, so I went ahead with getting it replaced. I had an R22 system, and the outside condenser was not rated for the new 410 refrigerant. After installing the new A coil, they accidentally charged the system with the new 410 Freon. If you don’t know, that would not have worked out well for long. Josh called, apologized, and installed a new Trane outside condenser compatible with the new 410 Freon free of charge. He was very polite and adamant that he wanted to make things right and would eat the cost to make sure I was happy with my experience and had everything I needed. I now ha

I hate to leave businesses bad reviews, but I’ve had a really bad experience with Ace. The folks working there were friendly when I purchased my air conditioners a few years ago, but since, it’s become clear how much I overpaid and how little they actually care about providing a good service. I was charged over $1700 for two air conditioners (for an apartment that is less than 600 square feet) including $250 per air conditioner for installation alone. Looking back, I should have known how overpriced that is, but I trusted their advice. Within two years, one of the air conditioners (the one that cost $600) stopped cooling. I called Ace and they had a repairman come look at it. All he could tell me was that it was leaking freon but that it would be cheaper to buy a new one than have Ace rep

This company is supposed to have a strong history, but from what I have gathered as a customer, it is just history, and history is history. We're talking where Ace is now, at the present. In the present, the phone is short staffed, and the manager, Marti, will place you on hold several times before really committing to the call. No one is perfect, even older companies can be backed up. We spoke on the phone, I had told Marti that my unit was on the top window (not the bottom). At the end of the entire call, I asked what the charge would be initially, and he said it would be "$125, with the cost of the diagnosis being applied to the repair should it need to be repaired". Remember this, folks. Here comes the kicker: Despite being told that servicemen would arrive between 1pm-4pm, I h

I rarely the bad reviews, truly, but for the past 2 1/2 or so weeks, I have been calling and leaving voicemails, trying to have a simple air conditioner, which I rented for the summer, returned back to the company. Despite the fact that I have called both numbers every single day, practically and left voicemails, for two weeks straight, no one has called me back and no one has responded to my emails! I have not even gotten a text! My unit was due back on October 15 and now it’s overdue and I sincerely hope and I’m going to insist that I not be held liable for any sort of late fees, etc. etc. to whoever the owners of this business are, or whoever is able to view this, please give me a call ASAP so we can schedule the return of my air conditioner. I have been trying to get in touch with you

I hate that I feel compelled to leave this review. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses, and I gave Ace Air Conditioning every opportunity to have me as a customer, but they did not come through. I initially contacted Ace on May 15 to initiate a discussion about renting an air conditioning unit for my apartment. Marty was very helpful. He requested photos which I sent over, along with measurements of the space that needs to be cooled. He told me what kind of unit I would need, and on the 17th he told me that he had a unit and gave me a price for rental (which includes delivery, install, and removal). I confirmed that I was interested, and sent the dimensions of the window that the unit was to be installed in to make sure it would fit. A few days went by with no update, so I
