I’m very disappointed with the service. I requested a repair for my washing machine and was given an incorrect diagnosis. If I hadn’t gotten a second opinion, I would have paid an arm and a leg for unnecessary work. This experience has seriously affected my trust in your company.

Excellent customer service! They had the part I needed at a better price than the competition. A friend recommended them and I'm so happy she did.

Needed a last minute repair. The guy was able to come w/in 2 hrs. Took 13 minutes to fix. Was friendly, professional & fairly priced. I’ve used Mr.Appliance in the past. More than half a dozen times. They give 4 hour windows for when they are able to show up, were never on time & overpriced. Will not be using them again. Thanks Ace for a better experience!

Brian, ACE Appliance Service Technician, just repaired our 15 year old GE built in microwave oven. It took two service calls; Bfirst he verified the problem and had to order a magnetron and today he installed the part. Oven works great again. Bran is a skillful, courteous and very neat technician and it is a pleasure to have him work in our home. This is our third positive experience with ACE. Good outfit to keep your appliances running.

I called and left a message during off hours and received a call back right after they opened the following day. They were able to come out only a few hours later and quickly repaired our refrigerator. They cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly and polite! The price was definitely reasonable and I will be calling them again if we have any other appliances in need of repair in the future. This was the first time I have used them, no complaints, only positives!
