Tal was extremely responsive in taking a look at the situation, explaining the issue, providing an action plan and giving the exact estimate of the time required for mitigation and restoration. His team - Fabio was great in finishing the work in a detailed fashion. I recommend their service highly!

Not sure what happened. New construction with mold on framing and I was looking for a crew to come out, sand and HEPA vac, use air scrubbers and then possibly encapsulate. Tal, the owner, came out (after we explained exactly what the situation was). He told me he would get pricing and how many days it would take. He never answered after that. It's really annoying to deal with people that don't respond after they waste your time coming out to check the property. Now I am stuck waiting for another company to come out and am 2 weeks behind where I should have been. Thank you for wasting my time!

I put in an emergency request late evening on Wednesday, got a call back within 15 minutes, after describing the job, got an estimate over the phone and the professional was available to come out the following morning. Since the closing on my house depended on this job, time was of the essence. Professional came in, did excellent job, left place spotless. Nothing makes me more happy than courteous, professional and reliable people. This company has them. Will definitely recommend to others.

The guys at Ace cleaned my carpets many times over the years. When Sandy came through and flooded our basement the owner picked up the phone at 2am and came to our house a few hours from then. They fixed everything from start to finish and installed a water resistant flooring in my basement. I definitely recommend!!

Ace did a wonderful job cleaning my rugs - they were especially dirty after the winter and now they're fresh and clean. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend. Their team was helpful and professional.
