Short version … Please call Ace immediately if you need restoration services. You won’t regret it. They are simply the best! Long version … My husband and I closed on our new home on Nov. 7, 2022, and just 2 days later on Nov. 9th, the day before we were set to move in, we walked in to a complete nightmare. I always compare what I saw with the scene from the movie Home Alone - where water is just gushing down through the basement. Except our issue wasn’t the “Wet Bandits.” Instead a faulty 2nd floor toilet that did not have a “no burst” supply line on it - burst - and water ran through every level, and almost every room of the house overnight.
