Vito was very professional and got to work straight away after getting the information about our problematic hinges. He was able to repair them and also replaced all the hinges that we had not yet gotten to in the time he was here.

I knew going into hiring them that Ace Handyman Services if Bergen County was going to be at the upper end of the market rate. Their availability aligned with my timeline and for that I was willing to pay a premium;l for that; however, when the job went over due to an unplanned issue, I had to pay for two techs despite only one doing the majority of the work. That was unfortunate as the cost of my job was double than originally estimated. I was obviously dismayed by that, but I would have eventually gotten over it not for the fact that they damaged the item they were working on and claimed it was like that before they started.
