First, I would like to say that I have never written a negative review for any company before this. I’ve never felt the need to until now. Visually, Joe’s work is very nice, but that’s as far as it goes. I hired Joe to finish a job that someone else started, didn’t do properly and also didn’t finish. I thought I had nothing to worry about because of Joe’s experience in the business. I was very wrong. I provided Joe with the building plans for my project which clearly showed a footing was required beneath the concrete slab he was going to pour. He failed to put in a footing, which cost me time and money in the completion of my home renovation.
