Working with Elmer and Aaron on my recent bathroom remodel was great. They got right to work, answered all my questions about the process, kept me updated throughout the project, and now I have a beautiful new bathroom. Would definitely hire Ace for future projects.

Disappointed in the quality of the work on our kitchen backsplash replacement project. Our project coordinator, Charles, was very helpful, but after initial “completion” of the project there were several issues with the craftsmanship and finishing of the project, and even after resolving those initial issues we continue to find small problems down the line like sloppy tile cutting, grouting, and painting.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I am writing this so that no one else makes the mistake of hiring this company for their home. My project with this company was very basic, and something most people would even do on their own without hiring a professional. Yet, it ended in a broken front door and a lot of frustration for me. I am glad this wasn’t a larger and more complicated project, because I cannot imagine the disaster I would be in now if that were the case. Andre is fantastic! He installed an 8,000 BTU AC window unit for me today. I was the annoying person who asks the contractor to cut pieces of wood to custom-fit the gaps on the sides, because I keep it in year round and I want to weather block it for energy efficiency, and he did a perfect job. Andre was quick, thorough and precise, but also CLEAN, taking care that the old unit didn't leak water all over my floor and also cleaning up the area when he was through. He even taped around the wood pieces to ensure a completely weather-blocked fit. He was super pleasant and professional and I appreciate his attention to detail and going above and beyond.
