Had my counter tiled by JP. He did a phenomenal job! Great work ethic! The job ended up taking an extra day because he was held up at Home Depot one day for two hours and he worked in white out conditions on Friday going in and out of the house to cut tiles etc. he was such a trooper! The job came out beautiful he was a great guy cleaned up after himself made sure everything looked right and that I felt well taken care of. Will definitely use his services again

JP of Ace Handyman Services just finished up some touch up grout work in my shower. He did an awesome job and the shower looks amazing. Extremely pleased with the work he performed. Will definitely keep him in mind for future projects!

Very poor customer service. Job was not done as promised leaving the property unprotected during the work . The employee assured me that will not happen on day 1.After i called and complain I hear that nothing i said was true ,,basically calling me a liar. Property has 2 gates we left one open for their access, and without no permission they disassembled the 2 nd gate(see pictures )that has nothing to do with the contract nor needed repairs and left completely open ajar ,like you can see on the pictures . Their manager told me on the phone that nothing to worry because there was nothing to be secured in the backyard. Like this is his own property, and he decides what needed be secured or not, and not worried at all if the pets from the house could run away .. Definitely never again usi

JP from Ace Handyman Services has performed three separate jobs for us in the last few weeks, and did an excellent job with all of them. He was polite and friendly and worked very hard. I definitely recommend him!

I was disappointed with the overall service. During the initial appointment, the service provider did not call or notify me that he was running late. After waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time, I had to call the company myself to find out what was going on. The appointment was then rescheduled. Unfortunately, the second appointment also did not start on time, as the serviceman arrived 20 minutes late. While the bannister was repaired, I was told that I could finish the job myself by applying putty. I had expected the repair to be fully completed as part of the service. While I appreciate that the banister was fixed structurally, the lack of communication, repeated lateness and incomplete finishing work made this a frustrating experience.
