Ace Handyman Services West Oakland & Wayne Counties

I contacted Ace Handyman Services to install several (4) Bi Fold closet doors. I felt the price was a bit much for the job needed. My service Tech Danny Farmer installed the doors with time left to spare…he offered a bill reduction because it did not take the estimated 4 hours. I was so pleased with his work I told him I had another project and would rather pay the entire 4 hour rate. I needed my new laundry tub attached to the water supply. Very, very happy with the level of skills and the professionalism my technician displayed while on my job. Fair price for the work performed.

Great experience all around. Booking the appointment was easy and they were very thorough in qualifying our needs to make sure they quoted us accurately. Our craftsman, Tony N, was awesome. Super professional and finished everything quickly with attention to detail throughout. We ended up being able to get even more done than we originally thought because he worked so efficiently. Couldn't be happier.

Update: After leaving a message and this review the owner of the Ace Hardware franchise reached out to us to make the situation right. They worked with our schedule to send out one of their supervisors. Evan arrived on time to correct the work on the shower. Evan did a great job and used higher quality quad brand caulk and also used grout to patch some of the missing areas left behind. He was apologetic to the work that was done previously and acknowledged the previous worker should not of left it the way it was. Had the job been done correctly the first time we would have given Ace Handyman a 4-5 star rating as the majority of their review suggests. However, due to our overall experience I would give them a 3-4 star rating. I would consider using this service again and would recommend the

I had kitchen cabinet drawers falling apart in dis-repair. A job that i felt I could not accomplish myself. Tony from Ace Handyman Services was the best answer to my problem. Tony was professional, friendly, fast, and perfectly skilled to repair my cabinet drawers back to good as new. I highly recommend Tony for any of your kitchen service needs.

I wanted to share my experience using Ace HandyMan Services. I received multiple proposals for a small project in our basement. We were looking to take down a wall and install a new one to expand a room. While Ace was priced higher than all of the proposals, they were also the most reliable on timing of completing the project. For that reason I was happy to pay the higher price. I was so impressed by the service we received and Zack L. did a great job on each step of the process. He was punctual, organized and even befriended our ridiculously large breed dog! I would recommend him and Ace for any project. While I have a few more jobs in mind for the Ace HandyMan services, I hope we can request Zack for the job!
