I really loved my experience here, I was recommended by my friend to come here to get a gift for our secret Santa event and was able to find some nice gifts. When I entered the store I was greeted and guided where I may find gift items for my coworker. She was very nice and guided me all the way till the end.

We used to love shopping at Ace however, when my husband went in today to look at drill bits, he had a young lady who worked there come past him, asked if he needed help and he politely declined. He pulled up Harbor freight on his phone and saw that they had different drill bits. So he put them back on the shelf and he was going to go there to get it instead. He went across the store to look at some other items at Ace and the same lady came over there and accused him of stealing the drill bit??? Congratulations you have lost a customer.

Really old school customer service. They solved a problem for me and cut a key on a blank I provided. They really helped me with exactly what I asked and this made a spare key for my car. They saved me quite a few dollars. 💵

They had the smoker I wanted at the best price I've seen anywhere, and that you get it assembled and delivered is awesome!

Very helpful knowledgeable staff. A great place for wedding registry. I registered for my wedding at Ace and even received a gift from them! Prices of products are fairly reasonable. An excellent selection of all outdoor patio must haves!! Shop Local!!
