Ace Hardware of Stetson Hills

Shopping Ace Hardware at Stetson Hills was a great experience! The staff were friendly, I had 3 people ask of I needed help finding something. I am a frequent shopper ( I usually go in for the retro candy) and I am familiar enough to find product. On the way to pay, 1 more person asked if I needed anything. I had need of 1 other item and he directed me right to it. I recommend this store highly!

My interaction with multiple staff was great. They truly worked as a team to help me find what I needed. I wish I remembered the older gentleman’s name. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get me everything I needed. He was patient and helpful. I looked for the same thing at a big box store and was just told no it’s not here. Your employees actions have gained a new customer.

I love this store. I like supporting the small hardware guys who are actually helpful over Lowe's and Home Depot. Go ask for help at those stores and then go to Ace and ask for help. Totally different experience.

I’ve been to a few stores already looking for a specific handle. ACE didn’t have it either, but Jay went out of his way, above and beyond to research and look it up for me. The last idea he has was sending me to a different place wich I’ll be heading to next. Thank you Jay you have been very helpful to me and even though I didn’t buy anything today, I know I’ll be back because Jay has been very helpful still! Thursday August 18th at noon. Also they have a big selection on cast irons!!!

Looking for that hard-to-find widget you've been looking for, or that special thing to improve your home or workshop? Ace probably has it, or can get it for you in short order! I go to Ace first, and try my best to avoid the "big-box" stores. Highly recommend!
