Provided immediate service when our furnace broke and the temperatures dropped below zero. The service technician worked relentlessly with our home warranty company to make sure the furnace replacement was covered and to get the parts quickly. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Ace Heating & Air Conditioning came out to service my broken furnace that had been overheating and just shut down. Rex, the technician, quickly and systematically isolated each problem with the respective parts that needed replacement and got my heater up and running in no time. He was friendly and patient with all my questions and concerns. I couldn't ask for a much better service.

Rex was on time, very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to keenly assess my furnace to confirm that truly the problem and answered all my questions there after he gave me tips to keep my AC running efficiently. Not a good experience. The technician called me multiple times, first said to take a look and then called me again to insist to give me an estimate over the phone. It just seemed that he is not willing to come over to the site to measure and explain the implementation details. I personally don’t feel comfortable to move forward with a big project without detailed plan. Maybe it’s a good company, but it doesn’t seem the technician who I interacted with is motivated to serve its clients.
