Grant and Jacob came out on Christmas Eve and did an absolutely great job. They were professional, explained everything clearly, and were extremely helpful. It’s not easy to find a company willing to show up on a holiday, and they truly went above and beyond. In our home inspection, it was noted there was an issue with the vent for our gas fire place. Ace Heating and Cooling came out and gave us an estimate, then hunted down the parts to fix our discontinued vent. Their whole team from the woman who answered my first phone call to Jake and Grant who did the work are very pleasant and professional. We really appreciate them going the extra yard to fix our problem without having to completely replace the vent system. Now we can use our fireplace with confidence.
