I went in to grab a chainsaw, the guy was really nice and asked what I wanted, I told him I wanted a to compare a ms 400 and ms500i. He told me stihl didn’t make a ms 400 then argued with me about it, finally went to the computer and saw he was wrong and refused to speak 1 more word to me. I left without my saw and will not be back for any more large items. The 400cm and 500i are the 2 highest rated Stihl chainsaws on the market, why be mean to people? Wow..

Nice, Convenient location. Very good paint section. Also I was treated like family when I needed to find a certain item, the lady spent the time to make sure I left there with exactly what I needed. That is real small town treatment. Unfortunately I didn't get her name! But way to look after your customers! Thank you.

Went in to see about getting my saw worked on a couple weeks ago. And the short guy with the beard they sent over appeared to be high and smelled like marijuana. Needless to say i took my business elsewhere.

The people there were helpful. Id gotten my grandson a bike it came with training wheels they helped get them off. They Even checked over the bike to make sure it had enough air in the tires chain was good. I didn't even get it at ace.
