Rick's Rental

Went in to shop woodstoves. Found one i want and was given a quote for stove and install.

I needed to travel to Sandpoint Idaho and move some stuff. I originally had a cargo van reserved at the other uhaul place. It wasn't there when I went to pick it up. And nobody was there to represent uhaul. So, I was forced to go to Rick's and rent a 20-foot box truck. I asked for unlimited mileage. I was told if I returned it by 5 pm, they would have it posted to my account that day. I returned it at 430 and saw a $75 charge on my account that night. Over the weekend, I was charged another $175 for mileage. Charging my card twice and not giving me the unlimited mileage that I requested just seems too shady for my comfort. I caution others about renting a uhaul in libby. Neither place is trustworthy. Update: I was forced to use this place again. I warned uhaul that this place was fraudulen

Never been happy using any of the machines poor quality, over priced, and always seem to be out of what I need. They definitely take advantage of being the only place in town to rent. You are better off driving to Bonners Ferry. Hope Troy and Libby will get some competition for Rick soon.

My family has been renting equipment from Rick’s Rental for over 10 years, no complaints, great service and equipment. I just rented a piece of equipment recently. The process went well

Wonderful service. They traveled a good distance to install a new wood stove insert for us. The stove's fan had issues, but Rick's was wonderful in replacing it and taking care of the issue promptly and courteously.
