Ace Lock & Key

I was scammed. I was offered a new key over the phone but not on site. When they arrived they never brought the key. The customer service from the beginning was awful. Have potential to do good work but often looking to tax people for not good service.All about making money not helping customers. I was charged and my key still doesn't work. Not to mention the job was $90 which I was told over the phone and my total was $101.38. Be cautious if you are going to use them it's going to come at a price! I still have to find a new place to be serviced.

Key broke in my Peterbilt ignition switch. I called these guys after searching on Google and their service was great and quick! Didn’t have me waiting long for replacement at all. Thank you guys for the prompt service! And also did I mention GREAT PRICE!

Don't deserve 1 star, called at 4pm to get a truck unlocked and said they were on their way to just be left stranded and then won't answer the phone for 2 hours pitiful business if you ask me

I had a cylinder lock assembly that nobody could match up. Ace had it in stock. They saved me money too

The lady I talked to when I called was very professional and pleasant speaking, a guy came out he was very nice , helpful and did what he had to do in minutes . The wrong key was put in my ignition and I was so nervous I wouldn't be able to get it out but he got out! Reasonable price for what he did as well. I definitely recommend!
